These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92dadu ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of this website and all associated content, materials and services provided thereon.

All Intellectual Property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to the 92dadu name and logo, all written articles, guides and structured data, all design elements, layout and visual presentation, and all software and technical infrastructure — are and remain the exclusive property of 92dadu or its respective licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 92dadu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish or redistribute any Content in any medium without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes, including advertising or promotion of third-party services;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Intellectual Property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92dadu expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty that the information on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or reliable for any specific purpose;
• Any warranty regarding the terms, conditions, availability or suitability of any third-party operator platform referenced on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dadu, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based, and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. 92dadu's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount (if any) paid by you to 92dadu in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
